At Major Scales Studios our instructors are versatile in performing as well as teaching.

Guitar - Our private lessons are 40 minutes per week. Hour lesson are available for an additional cost. Our instructors are experienced performers and holding degrees in their field. They teach a variety of styles such as classical, fingerstyle, rock and will structure your class to fit your personality and your style. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player needing to brush up on technique. They can help you achieve your goal.

Piano

Our experienced instructor is eager to help you reach your goals. Whether it is a for audition, competitions, students who hope to make music their career or for adults who have decided to start something new; you will enjoy a positive learning experience in these classes. Introduction to piano instruction start as early as 4 years of age (see Music for Little Mozarts). We offer group/private lessons. Advance students (regardless of age) and adults are private lessons only.

My Adventure

My First Piano Adventure program devloped by Nancy and Randall Faber gives young students ages 5 & 6, the solid foundation they need to begin a life-long love of playing and creating music. Students start with pre-reading, elementary music theory and technique. Students meet once a week one-on -one with their teacher. Parents are encourage to visit the class too.

Little Mozarts

Music for Little Mozarts, the premier 17 week piano education program for children ages 4-5, provides a balance between the discipline necessary for playing the piano and the enjoyment one receives from the process of music making. Students meet once a week for 45 minutes of jammed packed singing, listening, playing the piano and movement. Classes begin in August for the Fall Semester and January for the Spring Semester.

Voice

Meet one on one for 40 minutes with your gifted instructor. This class focuses on the core principles of singing, including: breath, diction, posture and interpretation. Taught privately, this class helps to create and maintain a healthy singing technique which ensures that you will be trained to your full potential. Whether you want to pursue a singing career, or improve you voice for you own enjoyment; we will help you reach your personal musical goals.
